Human Resources Office

Under the guidance of the CPC Leaders, the Administrative Leaders, the Organization Department, and the Personnel Department of Henan University, Human Resources Office is a functional department responsible for the organization and personnel work of the Henan Medical School. It focuses on the organization, faculty and cadre team construction of the Party, and the innovation of mechanisms for attracting and cultivating talents so as to provide strong organizational guarantee and talents support for the collaborative innovation and development of medicine, education, research and industry.

1.To help the Party Working Committee with the construction of the leading bodies of all units and the cultivation, recommendation, education and management of cadres.

2.In charge of the development and management of Party members, and the training of activists for Party membership; and to deal with the establishment and management of party branches, the transfer relationship between the Party organizations and the maintenance and statistical work of Party members’ information bases.

3. To handle thel organization structuring, organization management, staff deployment and annual assessment of the Henan Medical School; to handle the post management, and implement personnel classification management and various settings and employment according to post level; and to establish personnel information database and data statistics.

4. Responsible for the construction and planning of teaching staff, teachers’ training and further study, to handle the appraisal of professional titles and evaluate specialized technical personnel; to handle the work pertinent to post-doctoral; and to recommend and select various talent projects and honors at all levels.

5. To plan and implement the introduction of talents (teams) at all levels and of all kinds; to collect, analyze and summary the demands of talents; to introduce talents and to fulfill and evaluate promised remuneration.

6. To manage the distribution of salaries, allowances and other accounts in all kinds of posts, and the administration of staff wages and benefits.

7. To carry out other tasks assigned by the superior leaders.
