In order to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial abilities of medical students, stimulate their creativity, enable students to increase their wisdom and talents in innovation and entrepreneurship, and improve the overall quality and level of the competition projects of the medical students, on the afternoon of April 1, Henan Medical School (HMS) launched the first special training session of the 2nd College Students’ "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Room 2306 of Complex Building Jinming Campus. More than 300 students from the schools, hospitals, and scientific research institutions affiliated to HMS participated in the training. The training session was presided over by Kong Jun, Director of the Student Affairs Office of HMS.
Feng Jinjian, an outstanding alumnus and the Founder and CEO of Henan Hebao Culture Communication Co., Ltd., was invited to do special training in this training session. With his own entrepreneurial examples, he introduced to the students the meaning of "Internet+" innovation and entrepreneurship, the methods and skills of writing competition business plans, and shared the experience of previous competitions. As for the questions raised by the students about the direction of the participating projects of the competition, the key points of roadshow defense, and the ways of project financing, he answered one by one. He hopes that through the competition, the students can actively cultivate their own innovation ability and team cooperation spirit, and he expects that the students will adhere to their ideals and beliefs in the process of participating in the competition or starting a business, and will not give up, so that the participating projects can be truly implemented.
After the training session, the participating students expressed that they would take the competition as an opportunity to promote learning and innovation through competitions, so as to cultivate the soil of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, promote the upgrading of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, and provide support for the construction of “New Medicine”.
